There was no true starter on the mound for the Storm today, as a collective pitch-by-committee effort shared pitching duties between eight Storm pitchers. Brian D'Andrea pitched first, allowing two runs on four hits and four walks while striking out one. Following him was Tristan Mayer, who struck out two and allowed two runs on two hits and two walks. Freshman Jackson Miller finished the game, getting 1.2 innings of work and striking out two batters while allowing one hit. Offensively, six players reached first, split evenly between singles and walks. The loss makes the Storm 5-5 overall, coming off a three-game sweep of Urbana.
