Howard and Ellis to Play in Inaugural Senior Bowl

PAINESVILLE, OHIO - Lake Erie College football players Tony Howard (Garfield Heights, Ohio/Garfield Heights/Kent State) and Nick Ellis (Thompson, Ohio/Ledgemont/Mount Union) have been selected to play in the inaugural Senior Bowl.

The game will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010 at the 10,000-seat Marv Moorehead Stadium in Upper Arlington, Ohio.  Kick-off is set for 1 p.m. and the game will air via tape delay on SportsTime Ohio. 

Howard and Ellis will play for the North Team, coached by former Ohio State University quarterback Greg Frey.

The Senior Bowl rosters will feature top seniors from Ohio's NCAA I-A (FCS), II, III and NAIA teams.  A total of 90 players with no college eligibility will suit up for additional exposure and an opportunity to be seen by NFL, CFL, UFL and arena1 scouts.
