QUICK NOTES: Lake Erie (0-4, 0-3 GLIAC) plays at home for just the second time this season and for the first time since Sept. 11... the Storm is coming off a near upset of 12th-ranked Hillsdale on the road last Saturday. Lake Erie outgained the Chargers (with a season-high 476 yards) and had more first downs and held the ball for over 35 minutes in the 42-37 loss... junior QB Sean Bedevelsky (Brunswick) threw for 261 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for a game-high 114 yards and another score at Hillsdale. It was the second time he rushed for 100 yards and threw for 200 in he same game... Bedevelsky also surpassed the 1,000-yard rushing mark for his career... junior receiver Brandon James (Mentor) led the team with 5 catches for 92 yards and his third career two-touchdown game.. Ferris State (3-1, 3-0 GLIAC) finished just 1-10 in 2009 and lost its opener this season, but has won three straight and is tied for first in the conference with three other teams. The Buldogs scored 24 fourth-quarter points last week to outdistance Tiffin 52-28.
