QUICK NOTES: Lake Erie totaled 494 yards and led the number-one ranked team in the nation, Grand Valley State, 20-19 midway through the second quarter on the road last week, but four second-half turnovers thwarted the Storm's upset bid of the top-ranked Lakers... junior QB Sean Bedevelsky (Brunswick) threw for 272 yards and a touchdown and ran for 95 yards and another score in the game... junior linebacker Cameron Bryant (Lorain/Admiral King) made his first start and responded with a career-high 13 tackles against the Lakers... sophomore kicker Sam Marcotte (Chardon) booted a school-record three field goals and is 10-of-13 on three-point tries this season... Lake Erie has averaged 496 yards per game the last two weeks and has surpassed the 400-yard mark four times this season... Findlay has dropped three in a row, including last week's 20-10 loss at Ohio Dominican.

UP NEXT: Lake Erie returns home next Saturday, Oct. 30, to host fellow GLIAC newcomer Ohio Dominican.  The day is Youth Day, where youth football players are admitted free by wearing their youth team jersey and all kids 12-and-under will be treated to a "Trick-or-Treat on the Track" at halftime.
