Notes: : Lake Erie opens GLIAC South Division play this weekend hosting Ashland on Homecoming/Alumni Weekend in Painesville… the Storm posted its third game of the season with over 600 yards of offense last week, but fell on the road at Saginaw Valley State in another shootout 51-41… Brendan Gallagher (Aurora, Ohio/Aurora) set a school, single-game record by completing 38-of-53 passes for a career-high 410 yards and three touchdowns… Anthony Bilal (Painesville, Ohio/Riverside) went over the 100-yard rushing mark for the fifth straight game and ran his NCAA Division II-leading touchdown total to 11. He had 132 yards on 28 attempts with two scores… Zaide Whitley (Portsmouth, Ohio/Portsmouth) set career highs with eight catches, 128 yards and two touchdowns while Tommy Jackson (Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard) became just the second different Storm receiver to catch 10 passes or more in a game… the Storm is averaging 39.5 points and 556.0 yards per game, ranking seventh nationally in the latter category… Lake Erie won its last home game, defeating Wayne State 35-17 on Sept. 21… Ashland snapped a four-game skid that dated back to last year's NCAA playoffs with a 52-24 win over Northern Michigan last week.  The Eagles are the defending GLIAC champions.
