Storm Set for Home Opener Against Tiffin (Preview)
PAINESVILLE, Ohio The Lake Erie College football team will be in action Saturday (Sept. 9) when they host Tiffin University with the game set to start at 12 p.m.
Storm Report:  The Storm is 0-1 on the season as they were defeated in the season opener by Edinboro.  Head Coach Gerald Hazzard said "We are very excited to play our home opener.  We have talked all week about how we have to establish an identity at home.  We want the Britt to be an impossible place for teams to play".
Opposition Position: The Dragons enter the game with Lake Erie 0-1 on the season as they fell to the University of Findlay in their season opener.  Coach Hazzard added "Tiffin has always had a very explosive offense.  We need to defend their playmakers in space and tackle very well.  Our offense needs to finish drives and take care of the football".
Coach Hazzard concluded " To get the win it will take a complete team effort from all three sides of the football".
Forecast: Lake Erie will return to the gridiron Saturday (Sept. 16) when they host Urbana during homecoming weekend at 3 p.m.
