Storm Prepared for Battle with Blue Knights (Preview)

PAINESVILLE, Ohio – The Lake Erie College football team will be in action Saturday (Sept. 16) when they host Urbana University on Homecoming at 3 p.m.

Storm Report: The Storm is 0-2 overall on the season and are coming off a tough loss to Tiffin University.  Head Coach Gerald Hazzard said "Our biggest adjustment we need to make against Urbana is to cut down on penalties and unforced mistakes.  If we play a clean football game and bring a ton of energy to the game we should compete well".

Opposition Position: The Blue Knights enter the game 0-2 on the year and coming off a loss to Fairmont St.  Coach Hazzard added "They give us a ton of looks on defense.  We need to be at the top of our game communication wise.  On defense we have to do a great job of tackling their skill guys in space".

Coach Hazzard concluded "We expect to compete at a high level on all three sides of the ball, and it will take a complete team effort to get the win".

Forecast: Lake Erie will be back in action Saturday (Sept. 23) when they travel to take on Ohio Dominican, with the game set to start at 7 p.m.
