Storm Wraps-Up Road Trip at Ashland (PREVIEW)

The Lake Erie College men's basketball team wraps-up a three-game road trip at Ashland University Monday night (Feb. 2) in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action.

LAST TIME OUT: The Storm fell in a close at Ohio Dominican University Saturday (Jan. 31), 81-76.  Trey Howard led the Storm with 18 points.  Jamil Dudley added 14 while Andy Bosley had 10.  Roy Alexander and Nick Wells had seven rebounds apiece.  The Storm shot 44.4% (28-of-63).

SERIES HISTORY: The Storm is 1-7 all-time against the Eagles.  In Ashland last season, the Storm fell 76-72.  Riley Thomas led the Storm with 24 points while Garrick Sims had 18.  Sean Howard scored 11 off the bench. 

OPPOSITION POSITION: Ashland is currently 14-6 and 8-6 in GLIAC action.  They currently sit in first-place in the GLIAC South Division.  They fell to Tiffin University, 66-60, their last time out.  Wendell Davis leads the Eagles in scoring, averaging 16.8 points per game.

FORECAST: The Storm is back in action Thursday (Feb. 5), playing host to Malone University.
