Storm Hosts Ashland Monday Night (PREVIEW)

The Lake Erie College men's basketball team wraps-up a three game homestand against Ashland University in Great Lakes Intercollegiate South Division action. 

LAST TIME OUT: The defeated Ohio Dominican University 97-84 Saturday (Jan. 30). Andy Bosley finished the game with a career-high 30 points on 10-of-15 shooting from the floor, including eight-of-eight from the charity stripe.  He also tied the team-high with five rebounds. Trey Howard also set a career-high with 25 points on 11-of-17 shooting.  Bosley and Trey Howard had four assists apiece. Roy Alexander ended the game with 18 points, hitting four threes, and five rebounds.  Michael Morris finished with eight points.

SERIES HISTORY: The Storm is 3-7 all-time against the Eagles.  Last season, the Storm swept the series against Ashland, including a thrilling 63-62 overtime win in their season finale in Painesville. 

OPPOSITION POSITION: The Eagles enter the game with an overall record of 16-4 and a 10-4 mark in GLIAC play.  They are on a three game winning streak, most recently defeating Tiffin University.  Offensively, the Eagles are led by Wendell Davis who averages 18.6 points per game.

FORECAST: The Storm is back on the road Thursday (Feb. 4) at Malone University.
