(PAINESVILLE, Ohio) - Lake Erie enters the middle of its five-game home stand as it welcomes Tiffin to the Osborne Center Saturday afternoon. The Storm (9-6, 4-3) are looking for their fourth consecutive win while the Dragons (5-10, 1-6) are hoping to avoid a fourth-straight defeat.
The Storm were victorious in their last outing after they took down Cedarville 91-87 in overtime on Thursday. Gabe Kynard scored 24 with 22 after halftime and Jordan Humphery added a season-best 23 in the win.
While the teams are familiar with each other as former members of the GLIAC, this is the first year for the Dragons in the G-MAC. Both teams will see each other again later this season on Saturday, Feb. 23. The last meeting between these squads came last year early in the season with the Storm coming out victorious in an 83-71 decision. They split the season the year prior, Lake Erie's last in the GLIAC.
