(TIFFIN, Ohio) – Jarrod Teeter (Johnstown, Ohio) closed out the fall season with a pair of rounds in the 70s at Tiffin's Kyle Ryman Memorial Tuesday. The freshman opened the tournament with an 81, but rebounded with his best round of 76 before closing with a 79.
Individually he finished in a three-way tie for 50th along with Ohio Northern's Josh Steyer and Wittenberg's Will Birkholz. A total of 87 golfers participated in the event.
The first round saw Teeter bogey on seven holes and double bogey on the opener of the back nine. He cleaned up on the second round with a pair of birdies to go along with six bogeys. The finale saw him score three birdies to go with eight bogeys and a double bogey.
The tournament was held at Mohawk Golf & Country Club, a par 72 course with yardage of 6,685.
Teeter will resume competition in the spring semester.
