PAINESVILLE, OHIO – Seven different players scored goals, including a combined seven by sophomores Keegan Bal (Coquitlam, B.C./Centennial Secondary) and Josh Becker (Salamanca, N.Y./Salamanca) as the Lake Erie College men's lacrosse team bounced back from its season-opening defeat with a 14-9 victory on the road at Lees-McCrae College in Banner Elk, N.C. on Monday (March 7).

After a Bobcat (0-5) score made it a one-goal game, sophomore Matthew Curcio (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) found the net with the Storm down a man with 3:21 before halftime.
Brett Yusiewicz opened the second half with a goal to get Lees-McCrae back within one, but then Lake Erie responded with another four-goal spree, including a pair by Bal, that made the score 11-6 after three quarters.
