COLUMBUS, Ohio-- A late Ohio Dominican University goal lifted the Panthers over the Lake Erie College men's soccer team Sunday (Oct. 13), 2-1, in a Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) rematch.

The Storm previously defeated the Panthers 2-1 at home in double overtime on Sept. 22.

The Panthers got on the board first in the seventh-minute off a Brent Wahle shot. The Storm answered in the 22nd minute when an Alfred Majer (Mentor, Ohio/Mentor) cross found Stuart Campbell (Glassgow, Scotland/Glassgow Academy) to tie the game at one.

Neither team was able to find another goal until Wahle scored his second goal of the game in the 85th minute for the game-winner.

Filip Ljubevski (Ajax, Ont./Pikering) made eight saves in net for the Storm.

The Storm returns to action Friday (Oct. 18) for a GLIAC rematch at Saginaw Valley State University.
