PAINESVILLE, Ohio – The Lake Erie College softball team will be in action Friday (March 30) and Saturday (March 31) when they travel to take on Trevecca Nazarene and Kentucky Wesleyan respectively. First pitch against Trevecca is scheduled for 3 p.m. and the double header against Kentucky Wesleyan will start at 1 p.m.
Storm Report: The Storm is 5-9 overall and 0-2 in Great Midwest Athletic Conference action. The Storm is coming off a split with Mercyhurst.
Opposition Position: The Trojans are 16-6 overall and 3-1 in conference action, and are coming off a sweep of Kentucky Wesleyan. The Panthers are 13-14 overall and 1-5 in GMAC action, and are coming off a loss to Trevecca.
Head Coach Rebecca Dyer said, "After two tough losses against Findlay, we have worked very hard this week, and we are ready to bounce back in the conference. This is a big weekend for us and we are very eager for some conference wins."
Forecast: Lake Erie will return to the diamond Friday (April 6) when they host Walsh, with first pitch scheduled for 3p.m.
