PAINESVILLE, Ohio – The Lake Erie College women's basketball team will be in action Thursday (Feb. 22) against Walsh and Saturday (Feb. 24) against Malone, with the games set to tip at 7:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively.
"This is a crucial week for us as we are in the fight for the final spot in the G-MAC tournament," said Storm coach Sarah Bonar. "With two games remaining in the regular season, we need to maintain our focus and level of energy. Our goal has always been to make the conference tournament and we will continue to fight for that. Last week, we played two tough games against Ohio Dominican and Cedarville and I thought we played very hard in both. I'm proud of this team for learning what it takes to battle back into games and playing until the final buzzer sounds."
