Paige Salisbury joined the Lake Erie College women’s basketball coaching staff in 2019 as a graduate assistant.

Before making the transition to coaching, Salisbury was a standout player. She played two seasons at Kent State from 2015-17, then finished her collegiate career at Ursuline College 2017-19. With the Golden Flashes, Salisbury appeared in 46 games and earned an Academic All-MAC selection. As a member of the Arrows, Salisbury averaged 8.2 points and 6.3 rebounds in 57 game appearances. 

Before signing with Kent State, Salisbury starred at Brunswick High School, where she lettered four years and set a record for games played. Salisbury finished her high school career with 854 points, 488 rebounds, 204 steals, and 152 blocks. 

Salisbury received a bachelor's degree in biotechnology from Ursuline College in 2019 and is currently pursuing her MBA at Lake Erie College.
