Storm Hosts Ursuline in G-MAC Preview (Preview)

PAINESVILLE, Ohio- After starting the 2017 season with a 6-0 start, the Lake Erie College women's lacrosse team will conclude non-conference play with a matchup with the Ursuline College Arrows on Tuesday (April 4) at Jack Britt Memorial Stadium.

Storm Report: The Storm improved to 6-0 on the season with a 19-12 win over Roberts Wesleyan on Wednesday (March 29). Taylor Mathis and Anna Spin each scored five goals in the win. Mathis leads the Storm with 23 goals scored this season.

Opposition Position: The Arrows are 4-4 this season after a 17-7 win against Notre Dame College in their last game on Sunday (April 2). Cydney Bartlett leads the Arrows with 30 goals scored this season.

Series History: The Storm and the Arrows have faced off three times in the series history. Lake Erie has won all three matchups, including a 13-4 win at home last year. The teams will face off every year since the Storm is joining the G-MAC next school year.

Storm Forecast: The Storm will begin conference play with a GLIAC matchup with the University of Indianapolis Greyhounds on Friday (April 7).
